Hi, I'm Allie! My passion for baking started in elementary school. I loved watching baking shows and knew that I wanted to become a baker. I spent my time creating all sorts of cupcakes. After high school, I knew I wanted to expand my knowledge of baking. I enrolled in the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Baking and Pastry program. At that time, my dream of starting my own bakery was born.
